My Holistic Approach

My approach to coaching you through your divorce,  break up, or  narcissistic abuse is holistic. I believe that you need to harmonise your body with your mind in order to operate at full capacity. When you harness the mind and body to work together helps your healing and encourages clarity of thought.

This unique approach nourishes you physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We will restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit and ensure that you are in the best place physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually to face your journey through divorce or abuse.

Exercise, proper nutrition, meditation, paying attention to how you truly feel, and developing a mind-body connection are all important aspects when getting through a divorce or recovering from narcissistic abuse.

Physical

Learn to listen to your body, if there is an imbalance, you will feel it. When going through the trauma of divorce or recovering from narcissistic abuse people often neglect their diet and often stop exercising.  Just walking each day is an amazing way of keeping fit, dealing with stress, and maintaining clarity of thought.

Emotional

Keep a positive mind set; don’t use your energy on negative, emotional thoughts. Positive energy adds value to your life and enables you to cope better with your divorce. A positive mind set reduces anxiety and stress. We will aim to keep your emotions under control so that you can make sound decisions.

Mental

Acknowledge and embrace the fact that other peoples’ opinions don’t matter. During your divorce, it might seem that everyone has a view. Often, opinions are from people too emotionally connected to you to be objective.

Spiritual

Spend time with nature to help reduce your stress; embrace the nurturing effects of being outside. Outdoors can be the best therapy there is and is a great way to connect to your thoughts.
