My approach is holistic, focussing on both body and mind working together to help you to operate at your optimum physical and mental levels. My coaching will provide you with practical and emotional support during your divorce or break up. Using proven strategies and techniques I will guide you through your journey enabling you to move forward with a positive attitude. You will be able to confidently transition into the next phase of your life.

How Divorce Coaching differs from Counselling or Therapy

Counselling and therapy revolve around diagnosing problems and looking back at the past to resolve issues. In other words it typically focuses on the ‘why’ of any situation. You could say that therapy and counselling help you transition from dysfunctional to functional; Divorce Coaching takes you from functional to optimal.

Divorce Coaching shifts the emphasis from ‘why’ to the ‘how’.  We will not spend time analysing or dwelling on the past. We take steps to move forward towards your life goals in life and a happy future.  Working together we discover where you want to be and design a roadmap of how you are going to get there.

Divorce Coaching is action-based. Your own abilities are harnessed in order for you to regain control, we equip you with the skills and techniques to rebuild your confidence and get your life back on track.

Divorce Coaching empowers you to:

  • Deal with the emotional aspects of your separation and divorce.
  • Make sound, focused decisions.
  • Leave the past behind.
  • Harness the mind and body to speed your healing and gain clarity of thought.
  • Continue your journey by redefining your life towards a happy and fulfilling future.
  • Rebuild self-confidence and deal with your issues in a calm and rational manner.
  • Distinguish and break through barriers holding you back.
  • Communicate effectively to create a co-parenting relationship that works.
  • Design your own strategies to confidently transition into the next phase of your life.
